Supplying Dash Cam Footage to 3rd Party
Discussion
I was hit by another vehicle last week, all caught on dash cam etc.
I contacted the third party vehicle owner, a business, first but got no reply. I then informed my insurance company so they can sort it.
I’ve since spoken to the 3rd party and they’ve asked for a copy of the dash cam footage of the accident. Should I send it to them or just leave it all for the insurance to sort out?

Your insurer will not be happy if you start z direct line of communication
This. It's in your insurance companies hands at this point, and they are aware of it (as they would've been ultimately anyway). There's no sense in providing footage to the third party. It sounds like they're playing silly buggers and want to pick holes in it anyway, so... sucks to be them!
