Supermarket car park in London - I assumed it was 2 hours but it was 1 hour so I was there for 1h30 ; the sign was quite clear if you got close enough on foot.

A company called Horizon Parking. £70 or £30 within 14 days of notice issue date (23/02) but only got the letter today so that gives me a day to decide.

Can they enforce this? Do those companies enforce the "fines" ?

Thx.

General advice is not to ignore them; Pepipoo and MSE websites have plenty info on how to appeal them though.

I suppose it’s how much you value £30 in relative tonthw effort of challenging it. 1-2 hours wages, probably more time will be spent on the PCN campaign.

Any chance of seeing the notice you were sent? Both sides and redact any personal or location info. just what they have written
