Damage done to wheels by OPC

Morning all, my 911 was booked in for a service a couple of days ago and the following day I noticed that there were some stains on the diamond cut wheels. I didn't notice it when I picked it up as it was dark. It looks like chemical burns and I've tried to wash it off with no joy. It's on 2 of the faces and in the barrels of the others.
I requested they don't wash it as I prefer doing it myself as I know what's used on the car. They did change the brake fluid and I'm wondering whether that could have caused it.
The stains definitely weren't there when I dropped it off and 8 had wash it the day before.
They've said they can't understand how it's happened as they haven't washed it but I'm taking it to them today to look at.
If they deny they've caused it and its my word against theirs is there anything I can do legally or am I screwed?

Presumably at this point you have to exhaust the customer services route with the OPC service manager, then DP, then PGB. Hopefully that'll yield an outcome.
As there is no evidence/record of the state of the wheels, perhaps you should get an expert opinion on the problem, perhaps an Indy. That would also help your complaint with the OPC.
If you get an expert opinion of the cause and that shows negligence on the OPC's part and they don't want to help, then you could "small claims" it if you have the appetite. You'd need to get a cost to rectify for that too.

Could be a Mexican stand off with no party being able to prove either way.
They will have a system/process for service washes so they should know if it was cleaned or not.
Did they check around the condition of the car and mark it on the job card when you dropped it off ?
They will have a budget for damage and if you are a loyal long standing good customer I would expect them to believe you and use this if they can't prove otherwise.
At end if day you are in their hands and goodwill.
It could of picked something up off road on your drive home, no one knows.
My porsche 911 turbo returned with the smallest of door dings that no one else would of possibly spotted but having spent literally the previous 5 days before cleaning it in my garage I knew it wasn't there before.
They didn't wash it as I asked them not to but the car had been moved and parked in a number of places.
No one could prove anything but they backed down and paid for a dent man to return it to perfection.
Probabky cost £50 at time.
Everytime after that though they double checked round my car which was fine by me cus they never found as much as a stine chip and couldn't then deny anything if it happened in future.
My advice is stand your ground but in a calm and reasonable manner as shouting or swearing will get you no where and just put their backs up

Unfortunately they didn't walk around when I dropped the car off but when I spoke to the service advisor yesterday he said he saw there were no kerb marks when I dropped it off. So I've only had the car for a year so not a long standing customer but I spent £3k with them this week so I'm hoping that shows I'm not up to no good just trying it on.
i cant see it being brake fluid as surely the wheels will have been removed and sat on the floor of the workshop before the calipers are bled so no chance of it going anywhere near the wheels.
So if they havent washed it then i cant see how they can have done anything to cause it so i'd agree with the mexican stand off being a likely result.

Unless they had the wheels off for another reason, I'm pretty sure they don't take off the wheels for a brake fluid change. They will just put the car on a ramp and access the bleed nipples from the rear. Bearing this in mind I don't see who they could get brake fluid on the face of the wheel.
