Yet another roundabout collision...

Looking for opinions as to how the insurance will apportion fault.
Heavy traffic, 2 lane queuing on all entries to the roundabout, no witnesses, no dashcams.
I am green splodge, driving West on the A35, in right hand lane and turning Right to exit onto A37 North.
Other car (red splodge) is driving North, not sure which lane he was in, I suspect that he was in the Left lane but cut immediately into the Right lane but cannot be sure. It's a busy roundabout and is often slight carnage.
I was well established on the roundabout when he pulled out and foolishly assumed that he would be staying in the Left lane, he didn't, I applied the brakes but my NS side bumper / wing made contact with his rear OS rear wheel, I was close to stationary at point of impact...
Young driver, immediately admitted fault and apologised profusely for pulling out on me, we exchange details. Get home and have a missed call - speak to his very angry father who informs me that he will be trying to blame me...
Does anyone have an idea if this is likely to go my way or 50/50?
Any recommendations for an inexpensive and discrete dashcam?

I'm not convinced that failing to predict another drivers irrational behaviour would confer any blame?ETA by that rationale, almost 100% of accidents would be 50/50.

At the point of impact I was still heading directly towards the A35 going west, he must have been going Right, either towards Poundbury or East on the A35, so too would have have to have been in the Right hand lane.

I think the crucial issue is the moveover point. So if they say that you moved across, rather than them, then it may well risk going 50/50. But if they don't lie it's pretty clear that you were already established, the fact that they're inexperienced may also lean the insurance companies' decision.
