I'd say it depends and it is probably quite complicated.
Has any PII been shared? It does sound like it - in that the location of the van does reveal some Personal Identifiable Information. i.e. where you live. Although the company migh argue that this doesn't constitute PII.
Is it reasonable to do this - I would say it might be yes, depending on what has been agreed between the two companies - you will end up needing to understand data processors and controllers etc, and whether the data is necessary etc.
Before diving in and complaining - is it actually worth it to do so - and what are you actually trying to achieve.?
