NIP - One month after offence

Hi,

Quick question just received a NIP dated with a notice issue date if 27/04/2022 and the offence itself took place on the 27/03/2022.

Is this valid?

Its 75 in a 60 and a straight 3 points (current clean licence) so not a major issue I just thought they had to be sent within 14 days.

Whose name and address is on the V5/C - yours, or a company's ?

Also, an alleged 75 in a 60mph limit could qualify for a course.

Logged in to the system its a company car which is why and it arrived on time.

Been offered a course so will sit on that 😀
