thanks id have thought a breach of health and safety law should be fairly accessible in the public domain?
On a side note judging by your username im assuming you have some legal expertise. When taking a personal injury claim should it be taken out within a time limit of the injury or a time limit of the findings of the court case? i.e. you cant prove on the day of injury that the employer was at fault but the findings of a court case would prove guilt

It is in the public domain, but good luck finding it. It probably should be easily accessible but the reality is probably not. I suspect that very few such cases are reported in the local media or on any website. On a side note judging by your username im assuming you have some legal expertise. Generally, the limitation period for a personal injury claim is three years from the date of the incident. The findings of a HSE do not have any bearing on the separate PI claim. What if it’s something like ptsd which may not immediately manifest itself?
