Driving to Germany in a UK Car

So if I take a car with heavily front tinted windows, no beam benders a 2002 e46 m3, no front plate because I am a total throbber, no country identifier let’s assume a few mot non compliance but I have a current uk mot, drive to the ring and then park in a no parking zone near the ring, what’s the worst that can happen? Can they seize a car for non tuv compliance?

I wonder if they might force you to transport it home, or make it road legal before you drove it.

Edit: was the car Laguna Seca blue and did it previously have a tough life as a track car?

I believe you won’t be allowed to drive it anymore and it might be impounded until you can get it transported out of Germany again

Mot with no advisories such is the uk mot system, is a joke, much like the uk car scene full of these type of chumps and when we have a lockdown tuv style 90% mods banned these tits will be to blame, Imagine having 400k when you are this thick, he just stuck the plate on and happy days

The car will be impounded if you're pulled over.
This will happen in many European countries not only Germany.

Having watched the vid (albeit not all of it) i don't think these youngsters think, hey see the goal and blindly jump in without any thoughts.

My lad (20) asked me to help him apply for a job yesterday. Luxury chauffeur for a family based in Kenilworth. I didn't bother to read any further but he couldn't understand why he wasn't a good choice.

I suspect this is usual behaviour for those under 30 and indeed i did similar stuff in my youth, be thankful it didn't end worse (didn't watch it all)

This car vertical gets plugged a lot by car video makers and yes it will show damage if there's been a claim. But when he mentions that the crunched GT3 may get repaired without a claim because of it being on the 'ring, that will NOT show up on car vertical, will it?..... Contradicts himself.

I did think exactly the same, the GT3 will not show up as not claimed

Those prats from 'Candy Showroom' drove a load of stanced stboxes to Worthersee a couple of years ago and got pulled over on the way through Germany. The German police inspected the cars, impounded them, and it was only after some grovelling to the British Embassy were the group allowed to recover their cars from the German police. They weren't allowed to drive them though, and had to pay to have them trailered/recovered to the German border. Cost them about £6000 in fines plus towing fees.

Well, I thought so. Tattoos are definitely not my thing and I cringed at the naivety of thinking regarding a realistic lap time at the Nurburgring after playing on his simulator, but he's an enthusiast. If he'd written that all up as a Reader's Car thread on PH we'd (well, most of us) would be congratulating and commiserating about his breakdown. He's given it a go, which is more than can be said for many.
