Weird Military convoy

Traveling along the A14 the other day and there were two military vehicles in like a matt green with a police escort front and back, but what was weird was both the army lorries had padlocks on their doors - so the driver and passenger were padlocked into the lorry

anyone seen anything like this or any ideas what it could have been ?

Never seen that before but seen plenty of military traffic on A1 around Carrerick

The nuclear conveys have far bigger escorts including a recovery vehicle - they used to stop overnight regularly where i was stationed.

However it is strange that the crew cab was locked on the outside.

The Merc tractor units are always padlocked from the outside. It definitely the units used on the nuclear convoys, but sounds small to be one.

Standard procedure for transporting injured aliens from a crashed UFO, didn't want them to overpower the driver and escape.

How would the aliens overpower them if they’re injured?

It’s obviously to keep the occupants in if/when the aliens take control of them through telekinesis.

Munitions are moved in this way in case of high jack or blackmail (Think taking bank mangers kids).

Looks very bad if our own weapons used against us.

It's to stop the driver from pulling over to to get themselves a coffee or a gottle of gear.

The full military nuclear convoys have quite a few more vehicles escorting it, including a coach with armed personnel, army trucks, breakdown wagon, fire engine and usually a couple of unmarked Land cruisers/Discoverys way out front and to the rear, full of chaps with special sunglasses.
