Injunction, how easy, how much?

In short , we have a neighbour who insists feeding and encouraging foxes

The result is we get raw chicken , eggs and other food items buried in our garden or left around , the food has been treated with homeopathic products to make the foxes healthy, the dog of course finds this food and digs it up to eat .Also the foxes are crapping on and around the front of our, and other neighbours houses , this morning the crap was liquid , and the stench was sickening , we had to hose down then use a strong solution of Jeyes Fluid to disinfect and kill the fox smell ,

I do not need advice on keeping the foxes away , we have tried all the on market products ,all have failed . the problem needs to be dealt with at source , talking to her nicely is not working .

Surely this is a police matter if it is your garden? The kind of thing a community resolution order was intended to deal with?

Envionmental Health might be worth a call as I'd imagine her actons are causing a potential threat to your health?

Check your home insurance for legal expenses insurance. If you can demonstrate this is a nuisance, then you may get legal assistance for the price of your excess.

You would need to demonstrate you’d taken reasonable steps before going the legal route (I.e recoded letter to the neighbour asking them to stop, and evidence of them continuing to do it)

I read it as the neighbour burying the food in his garden, but I guess it could also be that they leave food out for the foxes, who then bury it in the OPs garden.

What a nightmare - I agree that 101 would be the way forward at least for now.
Makes the morons feeding the endless amounts of woodpigeons here seem a little more trivial!

Foxes finds food.
Buries excess in convenient place for future reference.
Craps all over the place.
Hopefully your dog is not one of those that finds fox poo utterly irresistible & just HAS to roll in it.

Chat with your local council's environmental health department would be a good place to start.

This being PH I look forward to the videos of your neighbour being the one burying the stuff in your garden

You have my sympathy OP, however are people really suggesting ringing the police?

I do hope you're not the same bunch who then moan the police don't do anything when X happens!

What can you do, sod all I expect.

Talk to environmental health at the Council, their number will be on the web.

A fence, ok that’s a crazy idea.
Or
Shotgun licence, shotgun, suitable shotgun shells, a comfy chair, lots of coffee (red bull keeping it PH style) and lots of patience.
Or
Invite the local hunt over. Horses, red coats pack of hounds. Can’t see any issues there /s

The second one really depends on OP’s area, while controlling foxes with a suitable firearm is lawful they (ze law) do not take kindly to it being done in “urban” areas.
If this was to be an option for OP (would need License etc) then talking to BASC for advice would be a good shout first.

I disagree, I love foxes and enjoy seeing them in the garden and out and about. I have fed them once or twice in the past myself and ore recently I've been involved in some research. But in the OPs case, the neighbour sounds a nuisance. If they are burying excess food here there and everywhere, they really don't need feeding (foxes don't really need feeding anywhere). And regards covering the food with homeopathic medicine, thats mental.

Electric fence - we used one to deter badgers but we now have foxes getting in somewhere else so I’m about to extend it to cover the whole perimeter.

At least if it's homeopathic, the OP knows it won't hurt their dogs.

You can't just get an injunction because you don't like something someone else is doing.
