I know what they meant but…

the Streetview doesn't give the amount of visibility justice, it's a very quiet bit of road with all through traffic on the bypass.
I assume its best to guide high vehicles onto the wrong carriage rather than let them guess and risk a collision.
even so, someone has clear gone too far over and clipped the other side
Street View
If the road was any busier, or visibility limited I am sure they would put traffic signals in

They obv want vehicles to go under the bridge in its middle (most clearance) but it seems a rather odd way of marking the road to encourage that as this way people may drive through at an angle which is not optimal
Better IMV to have a single dotted 'lane' going straight under the bridge in the middle of the road.

It might be a deliberate attempt to confuse slightly so everyone slows down. Those lanes look barely wide enough for a motorbike and the sharp left turn ahead rather dangerous.
Am reminded when I took a friend from the US out for a drive on such roads and he seriously asked why I was driving on cycle paths. When he saw an oncoming car come at us, he nearly had a heart attack.
