I’ve never put a speeding fine or speed awareness course fees on expenses
But on the basis I would not drive in London unless it was for work I have claimed back fines for
LTN infringements
Box Junction optimism
Parking misdemeanours
(Or more accurately paid the fines using my company’s credit card)

Good job I am not an MP

At the last estimate, the US embassy owed around £10m in unpaid Congestion Charge payments.

I think there's a similar number owing to New York City from the UN.
