Hopefully I have posted in the correct Forum

I am aware that it is possible to exclude a person or persons from a given area for up to 48 hrs.

Is exclusion possible for a longer period than 48hrs? If so what is the relevant legislation please?

Of course you can, shoplifters for example are regularly banned from specific areas or even entire towns for indefinent periods

Bail conditions also often ban people from certain locations - for lengthy periods.

Section 35 of antisocial behaviour crime and police act- exclude from area for 48 hours

Bail conditions effective while ever an investigation or prosecution is active

DVPN/DVPO following a domestic violence incident up to 28 days

CBO excluded from specified locations for a minimum of 2 years

Non molestation or restraining order- can be indefinite

Serious crime prevention order

Sexual offence prevention order

Sexual harm prevention orders

Stalking protection order

I’m sure there’s more as well.
