Someone I know was saying about this earlier, he was on 6 points, went up to 9 but is adamant he wasn’t over the displayed limit, he couldn’t risk not guilty and court so took the points and fine

For him it affected his work as he had to pay higher insurance at renewal so is looking to see if he can get the points off, fine back and refund of extra insurance.
