More context needed, is this a holiday or a permanent move?

I have been previously advised I was able to move countries without the other parents permission so long as the move benefitted the children and I paid any costs involved in the non residents parents visits to see children . But this was a long time ago and things change...

Anyone with parental responsibility can take a child abroad for a holiday - unless there is a court order saying other wise.

So what is the real issue ? You need to expand on the position
