Dumped by solicitor urgent help needed.

Hello
My solicitor dropped a massive one in court a couple of weeks ago. They did not have my land registry document showing my ex moved out and was removed from the mortgage before we were reconciled and got married. The ex is trying to claim my pension as ‘seamless’ and the sums are significant. The order has come through saying the date of x to marriage and no consideration has been given to the fact there was a physical break. The order says if I don’t sign by this Thursday the Judge will. I told my solicitor this morning they need to apply for a variation to the order. They’ve refused saying the order is now made. They’ve admitted they should have shown the land registry document in court and are self-referring to the SRA, but have now dumped me.
Please help.

You need to get another landshark involved TODAY to put a petition into the court to extend the deadline, and submit the required evidence.
Following that, you may need another landshark to take a chunk out of the old landshark if things go pete tong above. Preferably once specializing in malpractice.

Judge took the view as there wasn’t any evidence to the contrary, they were accepting my exe’s lie that we had a ‘seamless’ relationship of 7 years into marriage. They have not had to show any proof of that whatsoever. Ex is relying on the fact it was 30 years ago, so no utility bills etc are in existence to be able to show otherwise. All I have is the land reg doc which was hand delivered by me to my solicitor, to give to my Barrister to show ex came of the mortgage when they left me. I wasn’t given any paperwork at all before the hearing, so I had no idea it wasn’t included until we were actually sat in Court and judge asked for evidence to counter the ‘seamless’ claim. It’s transpired my solicitor was on holiday last two weeks in August. Court was 26/8.
