NIP not arrived within 14 days - advice?

99% certain I got caught on the M1 on October 23 with the 'Safety Wan*er Team' - still had no NIP. What's my position if it now arrives well after the 14 days??

Of course, I may not have been caught but I'm expecting the worse....
