Not so accurate

I remember seeing an article on here about a guy who was challenging the accuracy of speed cameeras using a device that showed the time between flashes on a gatso as being incorrectly set. Does anyone know what happened?

As you can see the original argument is somewhat snowed under by various other rants and accusations, a bit of a shame really because he might have been on to something.

The other thing is that he is classed as a "vexatious litigant" which I have been told is quite a feat to achieve:

Interesting about the being on the list of people banned from instigating proceedings.

This would seem to suggest that he likes to use the legal system a lot, and in the view of the system abuses the system to the point where a High Court judge has banned him.

From what I remember he was due in court for his 2nd Court Date/Appeal and he did not show up for some reason. At the time it was debated whether he flaked out or whether he did not arrive as the CPS had not supplied him with the information he had asked for or some otherreason which would further the case.
