156 mph phone using driver sentence

Ongoing saga of telephone using, 156 mph driver in Fife.....

Today fined £3000 and disqualified for 1 year at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court....

So how in the did those two motorcyclists end up in jail for only speeding at similar speeds a few years ago.

Plus IIRC they got a 3 year ban.

Maybe this guy was only 'testing the capabilities of his vehicle'

I *think* in that situation it was said that they were racing eachother, which I *think* meant that as well as speeding it was dangerous driving.

And it was in the middle of the night and he was fully trained per chance?
