Enforcement problem speeding Luton

I am picking up elsewhere that apparently testicle elevation reported on Radio Luton yesterday problem with street lighting/signing on Luton Ring Road means fines/points being returned because limit cannot be enforced. Street lighting does not conform.
Tried to find something in local Luton newspaper but nothing forthcoming.
Any of you from that neck of the woods any information?

yes iv know about this along time as im from this neck of the woods. there been rouyaly taking the piss with mobiles scammers around there the one or two other places around as well.
if you on about the perticulare streach or road im thinging about its been like it ages there going to get hammered.
ther worst section is the section where the flyover is as you enter from the roundabout at the bottom of crawly green rd.
it was signed as 30 at one point only by 30 in white painted on the road. with no repeater signs. pluss over the flyover ther are no lamp posts
later the bunged up some them samll speed cam signs that dont hold water.
the favorat place to hide was on the flyover on the bend so no one can see em.
there a problem with the signing right up the dunstable end that they filled with fixed cams as well.
I court a bit of something in car other day on radio but mised most that seemed to relate to futher up dustable end where they have resently stuck a ton of fixed rear faceing gastos.
