have you been watching the live political suicide of George Galloway on this Big Brother question.

If he's representative of this labour government then god help us all!

He is not a member of the Labour party. He formed his own, so called, Respect Party.

He is a sly old dog if you ask me!

It is just a shame that none of the other celebnumpties left has much idea what he is famous for.

I was hoping that we could get some in depth discussions on what *exactly* he did for Saddam Husseins PR, and where the dosh which appeared in the bank account came from!

another interesting thing was the reponse from phoney toney when was asked if it was a good idea for galloway to go into the house.

Instead of the usual 'well what you have to understand is.....' or 'if you view the bigger picture then...........'

Tony said.............

'no'.

A straight answer. He must have meant it then!

the link is tenuous at best.
apologies - as in the thread title!

I've met quite a few politicians in my work, and found the labour (type) of politician the most ominous. Then having a politician with a camera in his face 24/7 strongly re-enforces my prior opinion

And these lot are in charge of thinking up such things as SCP's (tenuous link complete!)

your right. He's not.
well b****r me (not litterally of course)

As a bit of an experiment, I've just asked 5 random people, in passing, which party he was in, and all said 'labour'

clearly a common misconception.

Pah, like that matters. They are all the bloody same deep down. Big head, small body, whinging types. I bet any politician bunged in there would do the same, but they won't because it will show them up for what they are! I think good on GG for going in there to be stripped apart and show himself up. Shows he has got faults unlike perfect Tony and his fairy brigade!

(still think GG has issues mind)

Thats an interesting experiment you`ve done there, maybe people should be made to answer 10 simple questions before they cast their vote and if they get less than 6 out of 10 there vote is ignored.

It might sound a bit radical so i suppose i`d better say now that i think that if we still had chimneys kids should clean them out.

I have no idea what any of the other candidates are/were/hope-to-be famous for (except, perhaps 15 minutes) - Streaky

Am I right in thinking he was labour until a couple of years ago?

Perfect, absolutely perfect...only let those interested in the process have a vote. It'd solve so many problems, and would make politicians actually make policies that made sense, not ones that made a good soundbite.

Shame it'll never happen.
