Welcome back Dibbs. Whats happended?. Buck passing on London Tube shooting. CC BLair dropped a clanger with speech on racism by press in reporting morders and now resisting a revolt by Senior Officers who want him out. Met populas dont like CSO's by hugh margin. Elsewhere being recruited like gold. Big forces on hold, revolt against as not what the brownosed few who jumped at envisaged. Otherwise quiet kid.
