Whats the right route to take.

Close friend has recieved a letter,

In accordance blah blah blah

1 Drive without due car and attention
2 Using mobile phone while driving
3 excess speed con ( think its 42 in a 30 )

They say "This allegation is supported by photographic evidence"

So what first

Do they ask for the Photo as they arent sure which one was driving the car that day and if so do you send teh form back( must say the form is crap it looks like a crappy photo copy)

Cheers

If it were me I would be talking to a solicitor straight away. It looks like that just from those offences it could be 12 points by itself.

I would of course like to see the photographic evidence. It may of course be BS and not show much at all, which is the reason why they have not already sent it.

As said before though, if you have some cash there is a specialist with the initials NF who has a good record with cases like this, as if you were found guilty of each charge you would be in a difficult situation.

Yet a conviction for failing to supply driver details is only 3 points and typically 200-300 pound fine...

If you see what I mean...
