Bad Day on the M62

Out this morning heading for a trial at Scammonden. Very nasty accident on Saddleworth Moor heading East. Car literally Wrapped around one of the lamp posts. Looked like it had spun and hit it on the drivers side. Didn't look survivable.

On Way back West bound on the M606 looked like a VW van(LT35??) on its side and blocking the motorway.

Not your usual Sunday on the M62 and I wouldn'r consider the conditions to be bad.

very bright sunlight? Dazzled - or maybe just one of those days. Not a favourite road the M62 - wants another three lanes each way, no danger of that though its not anywhere near London...
