Seatbelt laws

Triggered by seeing 5 drivers one after another not wearing their seatbelts ... All young men 18 - 25

(I was on my pushbike)

Anyway, What are the laws about seatbelts in commercial vehicles like milk floats, delivery vans, white man vans, taxis, JCB diggers etc.

What vehicles have to have a belt fitted, and when do the drivers have to wear them?
