got a NIP- whats the latest view?

I got a NIP today usual thing no idea it had happened 39 in a 30 apparently it says manned camera this allegation is supported by photographic and/or video evidence.

I can't remeber and it was up north somewhere.
I was thinking of writing and asking them to provide the photo so I can at least check its me it could have been me or the other half driving or my mate we can't remeber. also provide me with details of the device used and evidence of its calibration?

do they have to give this to me is it worth it?
what is the latest thinking on the subject?

had the same thing the other day (40 in a 30) and i have asked them to show the evidence (in court unfortunately, as they won't hand over any photos willingly). good luck.
