47 in a 30......

Was snapped (shortly after a gatso set at 30) by "man in van!!", sped up too quickly after camera approachimg next limit. Was snapped doing 47 (cant believe I was really-but was over 30, tbh...).
What do I get if I do the easy thing etc...60 squid/3 pts...?
I would hazard aguess its not worth going to court with this....Already have 6 pts on licence (sp30 spent, come off in July and TS10 from last year-wish I`d gone to court with that one, done for safety reasons and was even aware of police car right behind me...he wouldnt see it was safest thing to do, give circs. Ah well)

Any advice gratefully recd....

If I were you, I'd expect 3 points and a £60 fine. You were below what I believe to be the threshold for a summons, which is 50 in a 30, or 49, depending on how you look at it.
