Thought some of our resident BiB might be interested in that Nova. Quite a few laws broken there, including overtaking on a crossing

An all too common scene on our urban roads, and something that is not being well dealt with. My local town has a fair bit of this, most nights there is one BiB patrol vehicle for the whole town..

Err...perhaps I'm going blind but the illegal overtake on the pedestrian crossing would be a good start? Not the Nova that did it though, so no index...
