Be afraid, very afraid. Just what do you expect this bunch to do to 'rebalance'? My guess is an even greater assault on civil liberties, even more nitpicking, silly legislation, and bigger fines for trivial motoring offences.

Sorry, but the imbalance was caused by implementing a poorly thought out piece of legislation with fundamentally huge powers. Then, blaming the judiciary when they follow convention and don't usurp Parliament, and the HRA... MUCH the same as blaming the judges for low sentencing, not mentioning the minor fact of the sentence guidelines handed out by the Govt.......
