Court appearance, big fine and a ban I think, normally 6 months IIRC.

No it wasn't it was totally out of character apart from the 3, were they recent ? , if I loose my licence it will have an impact on my family, livelyhood, lifestyle and I need my licence to commute to work / during work look here's a letter from my boss ..... your honour.....

Look sorry and say you wont do it again

Depends on the bench. Friend of mine appeared at Harlow Mags in Jan after 110mph (past unmarked police car!) on M11. Pleaded guilty. Fined £300 and disqualified for 28 days.

Depending on your circumstances it may be easier to take a short ban and get a clean (pointswise) licence back rather than carry nine points around for the next three years.

I got 56 day ban and £230 fine for 115mph, according to the solicitor that was the max penalty for that speed. Magistrates said that they had no choice but to give me the max ban, even with a letter from my boss. Luckily for me they didn't means test me as at that particular time I had over 70k sitting in my bank account that I was about to use as a deposit on a house!

I got caught by an umarked Jag last July on the A3 with an average of 113mph. Court appearance at Staines in November got banned for 28 days and £600 fine. I had no points, just say sorry explain it was out of character for that level of speed that you have learnt an important lesson and that you are a very naughty boy!

he he he I got off light then, 130 past a marked police car on the M20 skidded past them, average speed 103.4.
540 fine and 5 points (taking me to 11, other 6 were 2*sp30's)
Was a co. car (my own co.) wrote myself a letter saying I would be sacked and the co. car had been taken away. also wrote a letter to magistrate saying I'd lose my house etc if I lost my job etc etc

Worst bit was my insurance was due a few days after, that doubled.

Well, the other 3 points won't have been for 100mph or more....

I guess the simple rule is never break 100mph where there may be plod around.

If they had any flair they'd know who you were, have a good chat about Nordschleife records and the like, shake your hand and wish you well.

As it is, the leftist dogma which appears to have now permeated every crevice of life's multifarious aspects has resulted in this sort of soulless, humourless, 'enforce something on everyone for anything' creed.

It is contemptible sh1t.
