Elsewhere in this forum I have pledged £500 to anyone who overturns the precedent that a calibrated speedometer coroborates a single Police officer's opinion that you were speeding.

I mean it.

I'd like the ADB or similar to hold my pledge.

I further pledge £50 to every PistonHead who overturns a speed limit in the next three months - no claims, £50 to the ADB.

£50 is an hour or so of fun, defend it!

What do you mean by "overturns a speedlimit"?

I'm not quite sure, it was late and I was refreshed...

Let's say I meant "discredits a speed measuring device".

So if I just say publicly that the LTI20-20 is crap, you'll dish out the dosh?

No, but if you cause it to cease to be acceptable as evidence I'll give you £50 and a big smile.

Is that £50 for each one that you cause to cease to be acceptable as evidence? You might owe MAD some money

Nope, just the first to kill the admisability of a type device for the first ten types discredited to a maximum of £500.

...Not open to any members of the public services, or anyone who has ever broken the speed limit...

I helped a guy on here defend himself in an LTI2020 case and he won, it made the Daily Mail, shall I point him in your direction!?
