Found on google search an illegal immigrant causes death of a 12 year old.
He was driving just over 30mph, uninsured, had no driving licence, was 1 1/2 times drink drive limit.( would escape camera detection..... but didn't escape detection by traffpol!)
They could not prove he was driving carelessly, what a fecking joke the legal system has got into. To top it off the killer is still in this country appealing to stay!
Why is he still here, and why did he get such a derisory sentence?
Its the Governments fault leaving killers etc stay here, and don't even know the total numbers etc.
Of course we really need such 'law abiders' in the uk!(including the latest highjackers)Perhaps they need them to do their menial jobs at the Home Office
How many illegals/illegitimate drivers are on our roads amongst legitimate drivers? Perhaps those that are caught should have automatic deportation, it just might deter them from driving on our roads in the first place!!!

'A drunk illegal immigrant whose car killed a schoolboy was jailed for just EIGHT WEEKS. Fury erupted as sentence was passed on Zambian Aaron Chisango, who is still in this country despite being refused British citizenship four times. Chisango, who had no licence and was uninsured, was 1½ times the drink-drive limit when his car hit 12-year-old Jamie Mason. The 27-year-old had downed a bottle of whisky the night before his car struck the lad crossing a road at 11.30am. Jamie died of head and internal injuries later the same day but the Crown Prosecution Service dropped a charge of causing death by careless driving against Chisango because of insufficient evidence.

He admitted the lesser offences of driving with excess alcohol and having no licence or insurance. He was jailed for two months by magistrates at Wolverhampton, West Midlands. But he is set to be released in days because he has already spent seven weeks locked up on remand. Chisango is then expected to continue his seven-year battle to stay in the UK. Prosecutor Nigel Reader told Wolverhampton magistrates Chisango was going only just over the 30mph limit and an investigation had failed to prove he was driving without due care and attention.

Bench chairman Michael Ager told Chisango, “This is a very disturbing and upsetting scenario of events. We have to deal with a charge of excess alcohol and that was aggravated by the fact that whilst you were driving in that state someone died.” Safety campaigner Carol Whittingham from SCARD, Support and Care in Road Death, stormed, “This is a disgrace. It is obscene that the family have not been able to get justice for their boy.” Chief Crown prosecutor David Blundell said, “West Midlands Police submitted a file of evidence to the CPS. A senior lawyer concluded there was insufficient evidence to prove Chisango had driven his car carelessly.”

Chisango arrived in Britain on a short-term visa but did not leave when it ran out. His application for indefinite leave to stay was refused but he has appealed repeatedly. He picked up unemployment pay for several months after completing a college course. A Home Office insider said, “He is entitled to stay in this country until the full appeals procedure is exhausted. In those terms we would not call him an illegal immigrant, he is an overstayer.”

how come so much crime (70%) is being carried out by the so called "Honest" Asylum seekers?, are 90% of them crooks, or is that the norm where they come from?, you know guns available on the local market and such like, considering they represent a tiny minority they are not doing too bad with the crime figures are they, every night on TV we hear about an illegal or asylum seeker jailed for murder, the fact is we do not want it here thanks!, we are civilised

I'm with you there, it beggers belief doesn't it. Dont think this would happen anywhere else in the universe. This country is basically "stupid", I am sure if the community had a whip round for his deportation, he could even go 1st class.....not that they should have to of course.

Have a nice day

P.S. A senior lawyer concluded there was insufficient evidence to prove Chisango had driven his car carelessly.” Well I hope he sleeps soundly at night, counting his "hard" earnd dosh!

The offence of causing death by careless driving has just been created to deal with people who cannot be done for dangerous driving. Is it beyond the wit of the legistators to come up with the offence of causing death whilst drink driving?

What does it matter? He probably didn't have a licence anyway.

Evidently it is not, as under Sec 3A Road Traffic Act 1988 we already have the offence of death by careless driving whilst under the influence of drink or drugs.

The new road safety bill, as well as adding the offence of death by careless (not under influence of drink or drugs), will also add the offences of causing death by driving where unlicensed, disqualified or uninsured.

So justice will take more steps backwards very soon, then.

By the very wording of those new offences, driving without this or that document doesn't cause death. Dangerous driving can cause death, the offence requires the perpetrator to know that the standard of driving they voluntarily engaged in was high-risk with potentially fatal consequences, and the legislation to deal with this is good enough already.

What officialdom wants is to avoid the messy matter of gaining credible evidence. They want to point to an event with a minor lapse in driving standards but 'someone died by a rare combination of unlikely circumstances' so people baying for vengeance under temporary insanity will be pacified, along with the pinkogreenfascist car haters, and someone making a minor lapse in judgement with no idea it could or would lead to catastrophic consequences will go to jail for a lengthy period. Justice it aint.

As I've said before, why not just give motorists a red hot poker to hold, like they did for witches? The same principles apply.

Love articles like this, it goes to prove what a complete ass the law is, the cps are still refusing to drop my case of 'didn't stop at an accident' and have told my solicitor they are pursuing it because I must have done something to annoy the man that threatened me so they are charging me with DWDCA and because I drove away to protect myself from physical harm - failing to stop at an accident. If only I was an illegal immigrant with no tax, MOT and insurance I would have had a pat on the head, free english classes and a house by now!

Spot on, and dont forget the state handouts, and as you mention free housing, whilst the likes of my daughter struggle to manage a 90k mortgage coz as she was born and bred here, she cannot get "free" or even council accommodation,

No doubt someone will jump on here and say what you and I say isnt how it works, but nevertheless ITS THE PERCEPTION THE PUBLIC HAVE CONCERNING ILLEGAL OR OTHERWISE IMMIGRENTS. Imagine you committing the same dreadfull dead in "his" country.... In my opinion, the fact that he is even here "Illegally" is enough reason for immediate deportation to where ever he came from.

Does it not make sense, that by virtue of the fact an "illegal" has been caught, he should not be deported, or will he vanish like the other 400,000 we already have. For gods sake government W A K E U P......

This pains me somewhat, but hey guys, have a nice day out there

seems like the only mode of transport to be safe from uninsured, untaxed, unlicenced, inexperienced, illegal 'motorists'that shouldn't be in the uk! Your hardly going to pick up any speeding tickets either in one of these!
My volvo is built like a tank so does that count?

Have a nice day and keep a look out for all those 'other' idiots out there!

having just received some correspondence from the working tax credit fascists I’m going to seek asylum, Cornwall claims to be an independent country, or when on holiday in France I’ll just carry on driving to some newly emerging state

i fail to see the point any longer of working hard and bettering oneself just to be given something and then to be told by some 4th division bureaucrat they want it back and more, to see arseholes like him and all the others just taking the piss and playing the system

The only disturbing thing is that the Government let this whole stupid situation get out of control in the first place, now its damage limitation time, new broom etc trying to sweep the existing dross out of the country, after the stable door or is that a fecking big barn door was left wide open!
and yes i consider murderers, rapists, paedophiles and highjackers as dross- don't you?

Coming soon to a country near you - causing death by exceeding the speed limit, causing death by warning of a speed trap, causing death by eating an apple and many more exciting new ways of becoming a guest of her majesty that are either inappropriately harsh or innappropriately severe - there is no middle ground in law, much as there isn't in VHs view of anything as far as I can see.
