A-Alert Bracelet - Sleep Detector? Eh?

Have just heard that this ist in the "Express" und per Ms Kennedy - ist only paper carrying this story.
It seems there ist a bracelet - operated by battery which starts to "vibrate und have a bit of a tantrum" if driver does not move wrist or it does not detect sufficient movement...apparently ist sign that driver ist falling asleep und it stop when it detect movement again.
I was not aware my right wrist was moving as a constant when I am awake.. I shall try to be more aware of this when stuck in the jam on the way to work in couple of minutes.
NOT read this story - only heard about it on radio - so if someone has the whole thing....
