Odd looking unmarked in Lower Sunbury this morning

Two bibs in a turquoise SAAB 9-3 Aero (possibly a 9-5) 53 plate IIRC. Parked on the river road this morning, 0715. Very unusual colour car, not sure if it's traffic or not but worth knowing about.

It's Surrey Traffic ...... they are 9-3 Aero's.

Have spotted them before lurking around the Hogsback/Guildford area GX53 ###, am told they are based at Burpham so can cover M3 corridor. Slippery buggers
