Have recently sent back NIP for excess speed of 37 in a 30.
A week later, I get another one for 61 in a 50.
As much as I know not to wear my lead boots any more, I'm now faced with an impending 6 POINTS on my licence as well as the damage to my wallet; the Met Police get a few of my beer coupons...
Now, Thames Valley Police have joined the que, kindly telling me that I was clocked doing 36 in a 30. "This allegation WILL be supported by photographic evidence at any subsequent court hearing" they state.
As far as I know, this particular road does not have any cameras; the NIP has a mention after the alleged speed of 'manned'.
Is it possible that they actually don't have photographic evidence? My licence is running out of space for these endorsements... is there any way of arguing this, or any of the previous pending allegations?
