Would someone please advise me regarding how to appeal against a county court judgement [civil]
How long after judgement do I have to lodge appeal,
How long is it likely to take,
Any other advice /information please.

What grounds do you have for appeal?

The Judge has made several assumptions, wrongly, and completely misunderstood some of the evidence, the assumptions he has made are demonstrably wrong and would surely have altered his decision, had he realised this.
There are other points, but these are the main grounds
I have his Judgement in writing which proves the above.

As far as I understand it is 14 days from decision in which to lodge an appeal but it would seem there is scope for this to be extended by agreement from both parties.

Some information at

www.hrothgar.co.uk/YAWS/rsc/rsc-58.htm#top

www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2000/20000221.htm (Scroll down to the 52 section).

Cannot seem to find the Order setting out just how exactly one commences the appeal but this information should be available from a County Court Office or better still a visit to Solicitor or CAB.
