Advice please

Just found out that my dad was flashed by a camera last week doing 38 in a 30. Is there any point in asking to see the photo? I seem to recall reading recently about innocent drivers being sent a NIP, all down to the numpty who checks the photo getting it wrong.

Does he think he's been hard done by? Were there other cars that may have actually triggered the event? The yes, might be worth a look.

However, if he was speeding, and no cars around, why delay the inevitable
