Is there a “legal limit” of alcohol consumption for a pillion on a motorcycle?

I have no idea about a legal limit but TBH I would have thought it sensible to adhere to the drink drive limit at worst case.. Tumbling off the back p***ed as a stoat can't be healthy.. I mean, you get cut up, all the booze will drain out....

Fell off the back of a mates bike one Xmas even. Didn't hurt a bit 'til boxing day
Wrecked a perfectly good helmet bouncing my head on the tarmac.
Not big or clever.
I've chaufered a few drunks and they are unreliable pasengers at best. Especially if they know the road and lean when they think is the right moment.
