Hi there

Can any one give me unpartial advice or web site to read on

Excluded occupier eviction

Basically

I am a landlord living in the property and renting a room to someone. They have been given written notice to leave by Saturday but refusing to budge.

Spoke to local CAB and have several leaflets on excluded occupier's (shares accomodation with landlord) and they say that the tennant can be evicted without the landlord needing to obtain a court order.

So I would like to start the eviction process but was wondering if there are any forms etc and what the Police can do to help me after I have given him the eviction notice. I'm guessing that he is then trespassing and I can then ki** him ? I mean persude hime to leave or change locks etc ?

If the ** is 'll' then that really would not be worth it over something like this.

However if the ** is 'ss' then it may have the desired effect in a roundabout way!!!

Desperate times call for desperate measures.
