Just before the last election Dickin promised on air that if Tony Blair was re-elected he (Dickin) would leave the country for good. It was a prospect so tantalising that I almost broke the habit of a lifetime and voted labour.

As Bliar was indeed re-elected would you be kind enough to ask the bearded motormouth what he is still doing here in our green and pleasant land?

I see George Galloway has a spot for two hours immediately before this Paul.
Why don't you try and grab him and bend his ear with a few facts and see if you can get some parliamentary sympathy from him: or even some money!!

It's all a bit 'virtual'. I'm in North Scotland. Mike Dickin is in the west country. The studio is in London. Gawd knows where George is!
