Funny pleasure

Is it just me or does anyone else get pleasure from cruising past Tallivans at a few mph under the limit in their loud sports cars? You just know the operator will have seen you coming and is dying to get a lock on you at 30.00001mph. Stick that up your tailpipe and smoke it!

My personal favourite is leaving Reading Eastbound on the A4. There's a fast roundabout which requires a sharp exit on a left bend, this is a DC up a hill. At the top sits the Talivan.

I love coming off the roundabout at about 30mph (40 limit) accelerating hard off the roundabout and stopping dead on 40mph in the outside lane... knowing he's sniping down the entire length of road hoping someone doesn't see him.

I would get real pleasure knowing that everyone else knew there was a Talivan and all maintained within the speed limit. How much joy it would give me to see their faces when they have wasted their day and not made a penny...

This is actually a national sport....well at least it is to me!

I particularly putting my foot down and speeding past a camera when there's a lorry / double decker about to pass it.

I do get pleasure driving slowly past, but I always feel very apprehensive as I wonder is they will have tried to get a deliberate slip error.
