ETA - sorry, it's the other way round. You ARE entitled to shoot a Welshman with a crossbow in Chester after sunset...

ETA:

A license is required to keep a lunatic
and
In Liverpool, it is illegal for a woman to be topless in public except as a clerk in a tropical fish store

Bloody stupid law - I reserve the right to vapourise myself and everybody within a 5 mile radius if I choose to do so - I know what I'm doing.

IIRC a riot consists of 12 or more people. And the local police force must pick up the bill for all damage.

It is illegal to recycle stuff by taking it out of skips and repairing it.

Needless to say I treat that law with the contempt it deserves.

So it's you who nicked my nuke. You bastard. I spent ages making that nuke. It was a really good one with tritium boosting and a fissionable tamper and stripes down the side and blue LEDs and a "FissionHeads - Fast Neutrons Matter" sticker. I'd even managed to use pigeon shit as a neutron reflector in it. It was all ready to go to Brussels and everything. I'm gonna have to build another one now. Bollocks.

It is illegal to tell the nun joke within the town walls of Fluckington Warmely during the black out whilst holding a sheep with an out of date tax disc over a vat of warm herrings, or murder people, I can never remember which. I shall await Vonhosen's learned clarifcation.
