Europe-wide Co-ordinated Speed Enforcement Campaign

[streaky]

9 - 15 October Road policing officers across the UK and Europe will concentrate on speeding offences.

I haven't seen anything about this in the media (and no hits on the WWW either), but the announcement was contained among others (such as "Fur Week" over the same dates, and the "Sack Parliament" march on Monday) in an update I received from the CoLP.

Hmm ... "road policing officers across the UK" ... so not many then!

Anyone know anything more about this?

No, not heard, but thanks for the heads up on this streaky.

Does this mean I've got to 'take it easy' for a week?
