BIZARRE SPEED LIMIT

Travelling round the M25 near Heathrow the other day and the variable limit is showing 50 for the 4 lanes towards Gatwick and NSL(70) for the 2 lanes towards Termninals 4&5. This is crazy. So what do i do? Well I'm in the 4 lane part so I change lanes and now I can do 70 again. Carry on doing 70 until just b4 lanes split and then back to the 4 lane bit. Sorted.

Indeed they seem to be. This is why mainly the wrong people are being caught (assuming "safety" is on the agenda. )

Maybe a slow moving lorry in the inside lane (or due to be one)
