I got caught, my nice clean driving license now has 3 points
'Cause a bloody camera caught me doing 36! in a 30
Is my own fault, BUT........!
The camera concerned has been vandalised - as in burnt, has just been placed in a previously 60 zone that has been reduced to 30 due to some roadworks higher up the road (fair do's) but the warning signs are not very visible, epecially at night (which is when I was caught).
And I was slowing down at the time as I had just seen the sign
Any advice? Other than just pay it, which is my immediate reaction?
