How quickly do Speed Camera Vans have to send through fine/notification ?

I thought you had to recieve the fine/notification with in 6 weeks of the incident, is this the case.

Its two weeks with provisos - that you are the registered keeper and that your address on record is correct

Strictly speaking, it's two weeks/14 days from when plod identify the driver. So in the case of hired/company owned car, this could be quite some time.

But, as the chap above said, if it's your car, registered to you, it's two weeks/14 days
