where do I find good legal help?

I need to find someone to give me some sensible legal advice regarding S172. How do I go about finding a reliable and knowledgable lawyer?

not quite Mr Freeman's league!! Just the lawyer I was recommended last week told me that I had a legal requirement to keep records as reg keeper. That kinda reduced my confidence in him! Off to pepipoo.

According to the Tesco thread on here, you pretty much do if it is a business vehicle. Or the company will pay the fine...

Well then that solicitor is 'misguided' and probably not the best, so you have probably made a good decision by walking away.

Surely they were not a traffic specialist!?

I have used Oliver Gardner at MotoringLaw as he is a knowledgable specialist without charging rediculous prices. He is about a sixth of Nick Freemans cost for the day.

It is worth remembering that NF is not invincible. A magistrate friend of mine has sat on four of his cases and according to him, he has lost each one!
