4 months is an insult.

If I was the bus driver or the woman injured I'd be thinking about some justice of my own when he gets out.

Absolutely ridiculous:-
- drunk
- uninsured
- unlicensed
- repeat offender on all 3 counts
...and he only gets 4 months for a near-fatal collision?!? Yet you get more for trying to wheedle out of a 3pt fine if you get caught (Attempting to pervert course of justice). This country's leadership/judiciary REALLY have their priorities wrong.

I gather he's getting better slowly.

The solicitor could do with a smack in the gob.

Pick your crimes and pick your courts. Might have got less for murder with some judges (aided and abetted by Blunderkit, Clarke, Reid and all the other hopeless Home Secs we've had in the past few years) - Streaky

Obviously these offences were so minor as to be not worth punishing. rolleyes
