Although strictly speaking a digit is a SINGLE number, like 1 or 6. And not 11 or 65. If they'd said a number, 15.5 would be right. If they'd said 'whole number', you'd be right.

And if you try the Freedom of information link on his page, all you get is an HTTP 404 file not found error....

Says it all really.
