If you converted a VW Camper Van so that it was pulled by horses, but it was also capable of self propulsion, would you enjoy any more rights than a motor car? And if so, would the horses have to be attached at the time?

If you were going to tow with horses you'd need to upgrade the brakes to make up for the increased top speed. Would be more reliable too.

You might be able to burn the gaseous emissions and get a bit more illumination than the 6V headlamps provide. We are of course talking split screens are we not?
